What to Expect from a Consultation

Once your Consultation is confirmed you'll receive a Pre-Consultation Client Form — a few simple questions to help me understand your goals, your space, and your family's needs before we meet. The more I know going in, the more we can accomplish together.

At your Consultation I'll come to your property and spend 90 minutes walking your space with you. We'll talk about your vision, your challenges, your soil, your sunlight, and what's possible for your garden this season. No question is too basic and no garden is too far gone.

Within a few days of our session you'll receive your personalized Simply Grown Garden Roadmap including:

• A written summary of our conversation and my recommendations for the growing season

• A curated list of edible garden suggestions tailored to your family's tastes and Fairfield County's growing season

• Local Business recommendations for transplants, garden materials, etc.

• A monthly garden task list to guide you through the season with confidence

• Garden layout suggestions to help you visualize possibilities for your space (full planting plans available as an add-on through Kitchen Garden Design)Within a few days of our session you'll receive a detailed follow-up document including:
